Hickory Area Monthly Recap – October

Coming off the heels of our Fall Tour and biennial drive to Crossnore Communities for Children, October gave our area a chance to slow down, catch up, and reconnect over good food and great conversation:

  • October 6th – Ladies in Porsches (LIPS) Lunch: The LIPS group gathered at Backstreets Bar & Grill for their monthly lunch meetup, enjoying a fantastic afternoon of food, catching up, and great company.

  • October 13th – Hickory Area Social: Members met up for a relaxed evening of dinner and drinks. Beyond catching up, it was a productive night spent brainstorming ideas and laying early groundwork for our 2027 event calendar.

Key Next Steps & Upcoming Highlights

  • 2027 Event Planning: We’re actively gathering member feedback and ideas for next year’s drives, social gatherings, and tech sessions. If you have a favorite route or venue suggestion, feel free to pass it along!
